Scott Stroud and John Ace Underwood have teamed up to provide relevant and informative content and the focus of this podcast will be on marketing, sales and sales management issues for both retailers as well as community operators. Amongst the topics being discussed are selling innovations, lead generation, lead management, contemporary sales methodology, effective sales management strategies and leadership. John Ace Underwood

Mr. Underwood is a 35-year veteran of the Factory-built housing industry. During this time, as a trainer, consultant, and performance coach, he has worked with sales professionals, retail managers, community organizations and manufacturers to elevate the factory-built housing brand, help more buyers understand the tremendous value we as an industry offer, and to help more professional housing consultants close more transactions. Mr. Underwood now serves as the Executive Director of LearnMH.com.

Scott Stroud

New home sales has been a passion for Scott Stroud since he first started in business back in 1980s. That passion led him to establish and develop an award-winning new home sales company in his hometown of Louisville, KY in the 1990s. More to the point, the science of creating and automating the processes that allowed him to outsell his peers and competitors has led him to become one of the foremost experts in new home marketing and sales processes today. Scott is the Director of CRM Development for MhCRM, a division supporting Manufacturedhomes.com, Modularhomes.com and selling professionals nationwide.
